A Lonely Rose

...
Sitting in a meadow
'neath a shady tree
a patch of flowers catch my eye
then my mind wander free
In the middle of these flowers
Sat a Lonely Rose
How of course it came to be
Heaven only knows
Glancing 'O' so frequently
I suddenly realize
this flower is much like you
Beauty in its own undescribable manner
seeking a lonely love
for only then can
A Lonely Rose
be lonely no more
...
Sitting in a meadow
'neath a shady tree
a patch of flowers catch my eye
then my mind wander free
in the middle of these flowers
sits a Lonely Rose
I think to myself
Shall I be so bold?
I am sitting in a meadow
'neath a shady tree
a patch of flowers catch my eye
and as you already know
I let my mind free
I am observing life, value and time
everyone is rushing
when the time already flies
take a chance
sit back and relax
enjoy the time you have here
for it will soon be gone
...
This Rose stands for those
who cannot stand for themselves
This Rose stands for those
who cannot carry themselves further with strength
This Rose stands for all those
dieing and in need of help
but no one comes
This Rose means HOPE
in times of need...
This Lonely rose can be strong and stand alone
So can you.

My poetry appears dull, look closely and see the whole,
a message inside could there be,or just a thought for you to see,
Just a riddle for you to fiddle,or maybe a thought for you to twiddle,
Who knows but me,what all will see, maybe a twist inside this,
or just a miss of a wish to genlty switch,
to something new, and bright and blue,
A new years happiness soon to close.
Is this all just a wish of mine,
to see brains twitch,at the thought of a touch,
a touch of color and newness bold,
or just the smell of the familiar old.
What you know,is not all you really know,
let your imagination grow,
let it ponder, let is shift, let it make a strange new gift,
the future it may hold,if only given the chance to go,
so many places you wish know.
Only what you truly seek, will uncover itself,
gentle and weak,
beyond the shadows of a doubt,
a new dream comes out to sprout,
another newness of great delight.
Although you may not care to let yourself stare,
far off into the distance,is where you're at this instance,
because you are attempting to figure out,
exactly what this poem is about.
Your imagination is pondering,
and wandering,
it is wondering,
if I am insane,
or just the same lame thing you see everyday,
is running through my brain.
